Parent Association
MISSION STATEMENT: The purpose of A Child’s Garden Montessori Parent Association is to work as a team to make ACG a great family school, where parents are informed, educated, and involved.
The Parent Association is actively involved with the school. In addition to the Montessori curriculum and the extra-curricular classes offered at school, each month children experience enrichment activities such as Bilingual Story time, Water safety, Dental Hygiene, Horticulturist Day, Fire Department, etc.. The Parent Association sets up various enrichment activities at the school and organize play dates to give families an opportunity to interact. They also assist the school with fundraising, volunteering, and enrichment activities while fostering a sense of community among our families.
All ACG parents are automatically members and are welcome (and encouraged) to participate in the Parent Association meetings that will take place once a month along with a play date for the children. There are no fees involved in becoming a PA member. Please, visit the blog for play dates info.
